Good morning, I am trying to get a feel for the most popular filtering software for K-12 schools. Please share with me the filtering software in place in your school/district, your level of satisfaction (over-filters, under-filters, or does a great job), and whether or not you have had information from your online catalogs (web-based) and/or subscription database articles blocked. Feel free to include any specific examples of material that was blocked that should not have been or vice versa. Thanks in advance, Cindy Schmidt Assistant Professor School Library Media Program Department of Education 220 Hull Longwood University Farmville, VA 23909 Voice: 434-395-2966 Fax: 434-395-2148 Email: schmidtcm@longwood.edu "The man who doesn't read good books has no advantage over the man who can't read them."-Mark Twain ****************************************************** -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
