[LM_NET] Incerntives for returning books-secondary students

I have enjoyed reading all the ideas for encouraging students to return their 
books. However, most of the suggestions were for Elementary students. Does anyone 
have some good ideas for Secondary students?

Our students are not allowed to walk at graduation or attend the prom if they have 
unreturned books; but that usually only affects seniors.
