[LM_NET] Looking for "O Great Spirit" activity

Good morning,

A colleague is looking for info on a 
Native-themed classroom activity that involves 
recitation of a poem and performing hand gestures. The poem is something like:

O Great Spirit!
Earth, Sun, Sky & Land
You are above
and all around me.
----------------------

What grades is this done? On what occasion? What 
are the hand gestures? And, is it available in print?
