[LM_NET] TAR: Streaming Video vs. Traditional collections

As the media coordinator of a middle school needing to upgrade its video resources, 
I am weighing the options of pursuing a streaming video service verse building a 
DVD-format collection.  I welcome your opinions on the most popular streaming 
vendors (United Streaming, Safari Montage, and PowerMediaPlus) and whether or not 
you have found them to be a viable alternative to traditional DVD/VHS collections 
based on long-term cost, available content, video quality, teacher/student usage, 
etc.  Also, please note any quality free video streaming sites you have found with 
middle school level content.
