Dear Fellow Media Specialist,
I am writing to ask for your help and advice on our upcoming contract
negotiations (Fall 2007).
We see the need to clarify and reword the contract specifically, to
prevent potential abuses by the administration,
due to poor wording or lack of clarity on our part.
If your teachers contract is online, would you kindly e-mail me so I can
download and review it?
If it's printed, could you copy it and CD&L it?
I welcome any input and/or suggestions, as I already see them dumping
"problem" students in the Media Center and
by not having tenure there's little I can do, but help to improve our
overall contract.
We would like to review contracts from other districts, and collect the
best ideas and reword and improve our contract.
I know your collective wisdom, is far better than anything I could come
up with, TIA, Jim
