Just a little bit extreme, don't you think? We aren't the same as doctors and lawyers. As hard as it is to admit, our issues are not anywhere near as vital. It's difficult to decide where to draw the line between flexibility and consistency. However, if we are too rigid, or make our materials too hard to access out of respect for Mr. Dewey, we have done a disservice to our patrons. Trisha Hartye, Librarian J.S.
