[LM_NET] BIO Spine labels

Personally I like Frederick Muller's idea, wish I had thought of it and
thank him for suggesting it.

"I now I have changed my spine label policy to:
  BIO
  AAAAA (5 letters of last name of Biographee)
  AAA (3 letters of first name of Biographee)"

If we really wanted to avoid Dewey Police we would all put Fiction back in
the 800s where it "belongs".
