I was watching last night as well and thought I may have read the screen wrong! My
daughter, who works in a public library and I were so excited when we saw a library
question. We were dumbfounded when they gave the wrong response.
How are you library media specialists dealing with all the questions? It is a
great intro to Dewey!

Did anyone else see the new game show "Are you smarter than a 5th grader"
tonight?
One of the questions was in the category of 3rd grade reading. I didn't
see the whole show, and came in on this question. But I think it said:

"True or false? Fiction books are NOT assigned numbers in the Dewey
Decimal System".

The woman contestant and all of the 5th graders answered false, and they
were told
        this was correct.

Am I crazy? Did I see it wrong? I think everyone got tripped up by
semantics -- it was confusingly worded.
But if I saw it correctly, this is perpetuating incorrect information to
however many millions of folks watched the show.
