Have you ever needed to make a PowerPoint from a folder of images, but dread the Insert, Picture, From File repetitive clicking? To make a Quick PowerPoint (2003) from a folder of images: Start with all your images in a folder on your computer. The folder can even be on a network drive or a flash drive. Open Power Point. Click Insert, the Picture, then New Photo Album. Insert Picture from file/disk. Select the correct folder. Click the 1st image, then hold down Shift ask you scroll down and click the last image. All should have a blue box around them. Click Insert. If you click the 1st image in Pictures in Album, you will see the image previewed to the right. You can remove it, flip it, adjust brightness or contrast using the icons below it. Click on the next to do the next. You can use the arrows below the list to change the order, moving an image up or down. Now go to the Slide Layout section. Do you want the images to fill the slides? Have a border and 1 to a slide, two per slide? What kind of frames around them? Beveled edges? Now look at Design Template to select and overall look if you want one. Click Browse, the Presentation Designs, then click one. To set the slide transition time, go to Slide Show, Slide Transition, Advance Slide, choose Automatically after 4 seconds, Apply to All Slides; unclick On Mouse Click).
