Here's my plan: My school is closing in June. As a parting gift to my students I have been trying to introduce them to the wonders of the OPAC, while we still have the paper catalog. I have a single-user copy of Alexandria mostly for show, but I want to send my kids out to their other schools knowing a little more about what they might see in their new school library. We have been to the area public libraries through the Mid-Hudson Library System (wonderful invention!) and I "take" them to our local community college library, but I have to admit, even I have never seen an elementary school library's online catalog. Hence the question: does your library OPAC have a link on your school's website? If so, would you send me the URL so we can visit? I don't need many, but a few would be appreciated. TIA. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kathy Hintz, SLMS Librarian, Etc St. Patrick's Aademy Catskill, NY kmhintz@yahoo.com 518-943-2952 --------------------------------- Ahhh...imagining that irresistible "new car" smell?
