[LM_NET] TAR, GEN: TV setups for classrooms?

I need to make several proposals for our new MS/HS campus in terms of
classroom setups for TVs, etc. (I do not need to get into data projectors
and SmartBoards--that's an IT concern.) What might you suggest for
possibilities? I am figuring the lowest cost option would be a TV/VCR/DVD
player on a cart for different classroom areas to share, followed by one
per every two-three classrooms, followed by one per classroom. What about
"fixed" TVs? Alsol, does anyone have flatscreen TVs? How does that work
with DVD and VCR players?
