Hi All,

At the end of the school year, I provide the main office and guidance with a
list of all books that have not been returned by the end of the school year.
In order for students to receive their schedules they need to pay for the
book if it is lost or return it and pay the overdue fine. Last year, I just
made up an amount for the fine to be. How do you handle this? Do you charge
them for the book regardless of whether it is lost or not. Do you calculate
the actual amount based on how many days the book was overdue. Any advice is
greatly appreciated. I will post a hit if there is interest.
TIA.
