We are pleased to announce that the fall issue of Educators Spotlight
Digest, a free online journal from Syracuse University's IMLS-funded
project "S.O.S. for Information Literacy," is now posted. 
In this issue, which focuses on library services to students with
special needs, you will find some new and innovative features, such as:
*       A new translation tool that will translate our text
automatically into any of nine foreign languages        
*       The capability to make font size bigger or smaller.
*       K-12 LMSs sharing ideas to make the library a great place for
students with special needs
*       GUEST WRITER: Katie Parker discusses Universal Design for
Libraries and what LMSs can do to serve students with disabilities in
the LMC.
*       FEATURE STORY: Special needs students create an inspiring book
for children's author Myron Uhlberg.
*       COLLEGE CONNECTION: Guest columnist Amy Wallace highlights
collaborative information literacy initiatives of four higher education
institutions in Southern California.
