[LM_NET] Target ELEM do you know this author?

This morning our principal was contacted by someone named Adam Seif, who is from 
the Indianapolis area.  He has offered to come to our school in S. Indiana to do a 
presentation for only $100.  He then will autograph and sell his books after his 
presentation.  The book he talked to our principal about is called TACOS, BEANS & 
RICE.  Another title, without reviews, is on Titlewave, but this title is not.  If 
anyone knows Adam Seif and his presentations, please contact me, off the list.  In
