[LM_NET] TARGET: Tech--setting word for Spanish

I am having problems in the computer lab setting word to check
spelling in Spanish.  It works the way it is supposed to on some
computers--Tools>language>Spanish, but on other computers that appear
to be set the same way, it continues to check for English spelling,
even though if you go into Options the dictionary is showing Spanish.
I must be missing something somewhere else.  Does anyone know if there
is a setting in the control panel or elsewhere that also needs to be
changed?
