Hi all! I apologize for the off-topic, but since I'm in grad school for school library media and not currently in a school system, I didn't know where else to turn. I am the secretary of my kids' PTO and the new president has been upset with our current big yearly fundraiser. She wants to switch fundraising companies, but doesn't know which way to turn. (I should say here that the school librarian is on our PTO Board and really counts on us a lot for library "extras" she can't afford within her own budget - i.e. we always pay for her author visit and such). Since this is an overwhelming task, I thought maybe some of you could just shoot me a quick line about what works well in your school. Names of fundraising companies that have been good to you and your school would be most appreciated! Thanks so much, Tammy Tammy Byram Longwood University student and aspiring media specialist!
