Position: Orange-Ulster BOCES School Library System Coordinator Monroe, New York Description: The Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the School Library System program, which provides services to member libraries in 17 public school districts and 36 non-public schools under the System's Plan of Service as approved by the BOCES Cooperative Board of Education and the New York State Education Department. Additionally, the Coordinator manages the Library Automation, Media Library, and Professional Reference Library cooperative services. Qualifications: NYS Certification as School Library/Media Specialist and minimum of three years experience as a School Library Media Specialist. NYS School District Leader certification or obtain within 3 years of appointment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Start date: Immediate Salary commensurate with experience.
