My original target: I have a preschool teacher who will be doing a unit
on Giving and Sharing. She already has some titles. She wants more
ideas. Here are the titles she has requested so far:

The lunch box surprise by Grace Maccarone
Sharing by Chip Lovitt
It's mine by Leo Lionni
The pigeon finds a hot dog by Mo Willems
Erandi's Braids by Antonio Madrigal
How hungry are you by Donna Jo Napoli
Stone Soup by Heather Forest
Mary Clare likes to share by Joy Hulme
Oh bother! someone won't share by Betty Birney

Here is a compiled list of the hits I received:

Too Many Toys - Betty Clark
Kids Talk About Sharing - Carrie Finn
One of Each - Mary Hoberman
Franklin and the Cookies - Sharon Jennings
"That's Not Fair!" - Stephanie Roehe
Two Tickets to Ride - Teddy Slater
The Biggest Birthday Cake in the World - Elizabeth Spurr
Be Fair, Share! - Harriet Ziefert

*****

Zinnia and Dot by Lisa Ernst. A fox raids a henhouse, and only one egg
is left undisturbed. Zinnia and Dot argue over ownership of the egg,
and finally agree to share responsibility for it and for the chick that
ultimately hatches.

*****

I just got the new Mo Willems book "Knuffle Bunny Too". The girls
share their bunnies in the epilogue.

Thanks!
Cheers,
Paula
