[LM_NET] documented cases of censorship for The Great Gilly Hopkins

I am trying to find more information about the censorship of The Great Gilly 
Hopkins.  I know it has to do with Gilly's use of hell and damn, but I am 
not finding any documented cases of where it was challenged and to what 
results.  Please help steer me in the right direction.
