[LM_NET] Channel One Televisions--no replacement in sight

We just got our new digital receiver head-end from Channel One today, and our 
technician was adamant that there are no plans to replace the 19 inch televisions 
in the schools.?

This goes along with what I was told when I called Channel One requesting 
information.? 

I think at this time it is not safe to plan on this happening at Channel One's 
expense.?
