[LM_NET] MIDDLE: Advanced Reader stickers

I'm wondering if any of you use advanced reader stickers on books for
8th grade students only?  I am one of two librarians at a middle school
with grades 6-8.  There is another school in my district that puts
advanced reader stickers on certain books that are only checked out to
8th graders.  The other librarian at my school would like to implement
this procedure.  I am looking for both pros and cons on this issue.
