LM_NET Archive

You and I had a private conversation, but I want to say this publicly. You can
feel forgiven and further enlightened as you feel the embrace of colleagues here on
LM_NET. That is a benefit of this group. We don't have to face the irate patrons
completely alone. We each make our own decisions, but we don't have to alone.
Thank you LM_NET.

Subject: SO SORRY Re: [LM_NET] Nakedness in books

OK,
Several of you really slapped my hand or beat me on
the head with a book, no not a book, that would not be
treating the book properly. But you did use your
voice.

> I didn't realize I was defacing a book.

I thought I was solving a problem in a win win
situation. but, now I realize that I was defacing a
book (2 of them) and I was not standing up to what I
believe is freedom of reading. I need to stand up for
what I believe is right rather than hiding.
Again, sorry.
I learn from my mistakes; and I have learned from this
one.
Give me another chance.
I love being a Teacher Librarian in my 4th year.
