[LM_NET] Target: Copyright question

Here is a question that a teacher asked me.  I think
it is copyright violation but wanted to get input from
the experts.

Note from teacher:
"I just attached a few songs to my Moodle sight. Some
colleagues brought it to my attention that this may
not be legal for copyright reasons. The songs are
country/capitals raps and they come from a CD called
Sing, Laugh, Dance and Eat Tacos #2, which is a
Spanish, educational CD. Do you think it is legal for
me to post these on Moodle?"
