Hi Betty and others who have written to me, I still don't have any definitive answers, but I have learned a few things. There is a list of z3950 servers at http://targettest.indexdata.com/. I could not get any of the servers listed for the British library to work for me. I had our tech guy open up the appropriate ports, so I suspect the problem is that these are all fee based servers. As a temporary solution I have been printing the cataloging from our public library OPAC and typing it into my system. It's not a perfect fix, but it's better than my original cataloging. I hope this helps. Kay Weisman, Librarian Willowbrook School Glenview, IL 60026 kweisman@district30.k12.il.us On Apr 3, 2008, at 8:36 AM, Betty Winslow, BGCA wrote: > Me, too!
