Hello! I spent a couple of hours yesterday working on the blog links. I added a new section called "Of Special Interest" where I link to various posts that didn't quite fit in categories like "books reviews" or "first person stories." There, you'll find Beverly Slapin's terrific "How to Write..." essays, and other posts I think people might be interested in reading. Below are posts I created this past week on American Indians in Children's Literature. Instructions for finding it are below, just above my signature line. Please forward this email to others who work with children and books, and have a terrific week!
