What drives me mad is....myself!! When I have a presentation to do and
I'm swamped in the library and running every which way, I freak out when
the computer/data projector/document camera/etc...isn't working...
it's just a loose connection!!!
Grrrrrr..... : )

Prom season. Prom season drives me absolutely stark, ravin' Looney
tunes. Web searches for prom dresses, print outs of hair styles...
although the Duct Tape prom site almost makes it all worthwhile:

You see, I don't believe that libraries should be drab places where
people sit in silence, and that's been the main reason for our policy of
employing wild animals as librarians.

Since I work in a high school, I think the frustrations may be a little
different, but here's the one that gets to me. Almost on a daily basis
someone will come up and ask me to help them find a book. "The computer
says it's in, but I can't find it," they say. Books not being where they
belong is a great aggravation. Kids will pick up a book to look at it
and just stick it back anywhere.
