Fellow Librarians,

I need some help. I am a new librarian and a first year librarian at an elementary
school. I feel like I am swimming up stream and I don't know how to swim. My
teachers are nice and have been patient with me.

I got a request today from the 4th grade teachers for exercises or worksheets
anything teaching about the different genres of literature. What I found in the
library files, deal mainly with this information and the Dewey Decimal system. If
any of you can suggest something to me that I can pass along I would be grateful.
It will help me look good to my teachers. I will certainly tell them where the
ideas come from. I will post a list to LM Net if others are interested.

Thank you in advance for all suggestions.
