[LM_NET] TECH: Flash question

I have a flash movie that I am trying to import into a webpage without a background 
in the movie (ie clear background). It's a ball spinning that I want to "hover" on 
top of a logo. However I try, I am always getting the rest of the square showing up 
as white when I hit play even though when I edit it in PhotoShop I get the 
checkerboard pattern indicating no background.

Any help out there on a Saturday?
