[LM_NET] Target: Performance "copyright"

Hello,
An administrator in our district raised a question regarding local cable TV 
broadcasts of pre-recorded choir or band concerts.  1.) Is it okay to broadcast the 
concerts that have been taped and edited as long as credit is being given using 
titles of pieces and composers, etc.  2.) Is there a limit as to how many times the 
recordings can be broadcast?  

I would appreciate your feed back regarding this issue.  Thanks in advance!
