I have young adult stickers on the entire series.I have decided to put a young
adult sticker on it and let it go at that. We have lots of young adult books. I do
have a library letter that has a paragraph stating that we have many young adult
books in the library to serve our mature students and that it is the parents
responsibility to talk to their kids if they do not want them reading young adult.
That is all I do. I check the books out to any student that brings it to the
circulation desk. I'm sure I will get a phone call or two, and I will tell them the
same thing that we have many students with the maturity level to handle these books
and we serve everyone.

I originally asked if anyone had ideas on how to handle "Breaking Dawn" on
the middle school level. The content is a little more racy than the other 3
books.
I got a few emails with input. They all basically said the same
thing--whether or not you put it on the shelf depends on the community you serve.
