[LM_NET] TARGET: author addresses

I have a Gr. 2 teacher who is having her students write letters to authors. Her 
students particularly love Megan McDonald and Dav Pilkey, but we are unable to find 
contact information for them (besides publisher addresses). Any help is appreciated.

Also, do you have particular suggestions for authors most likely to respond to the 
students or for strategies that would increase the likelihood of a response. It 
would very nice for some of them to get letters or messages back from a writer.
