[LM_NET] OT: Oklahoma school librarians only

Dear Oklahoma school librarians,
         A teacher from my school, who is almost finished with her Librarian's 
Cert. from the University of North Texas, is moving to Tulsa.
         She asked me to find out if her certificate would be valid in Oklahoma.
