[LM_NET] SHARE: PBWiki with Students without Email

If you've been considering a wiki for your library projects with
students but haven't been able to figure out how to work around the
issue of students without email access, PBWiki has introduced their
new features which includes the ability to use their wiki product with
students without an email address.  You can now also create folders to
allow for additional organization within the wiki.
