Thank you very much to all of you who responded to my recent staffing question. I utilized your suggestions and presented the facts to my Administrator in a meeting yesterday. We will be meeting again in February to discuss 1,3,and 5 year plans for this media center. Which leads to my next question... Those of you in high school libraries: What databases do you subscribe to? What would be the top five you would recommend? We have EBSCO, Facts On File Reference Suite, CQ Researcher Online, Proquest daily newspapers and NY Times Historical Newspaper, Teen Health and Wellness, and CountryWatch. My Administrator wants us to reduce the number of books in the collection and increase the number of database offerings. Any suggestions, as always, are greatly appreciated. I want to include this in my 1,3, 5 year plan ideas. Thanks so much. Happy Holidays to all!
