I am thinking about starting a mentor program. I am wondering if you know of any program that is similar, so I don't have to , as they say, re-invent the wheel. I want to identify about 30 emotionally needy kids in my building who would benefit from having an adult check in on them from time to time. The interested staff members of my school would "adopt" one of these students for a school year. I think I have heard of this... do you know?? Karen DeFrank, LMS Dorothy L.
