[LM_NET] Target: Gifted and Talented Program

Hello everyone,
   
  Our district is looking for a new gifted and talented program for our elementary 
schools.  I was hoping to get ideas of what programs other elementary schools are 
using and if your school is happy with the program you have.  Also, we are 
interested in learning who is generally in charge of the gifted and talented 
program and when it takes place (are students pulled out during the day for gifted 
and talented or is it after school)?  Thanks in advance for all of your help.  I 
can post a hit if I get enough responses.
