Last fall I ordered several books from a reputable company. One of the
titles was a new one, and was back ordered. Last week the company
shipped an envelope and packing list to me. No book, just the padded
envelope and packing slip! Yes, I called them, and yes, a book will be
shipped. Obviously somebody was in too much of a hurry.
