[LM_NET] program vision & mission paper---TARGET

Has anyone ever wrote or had to write a PROGRAM & MISSION & VISION paper for a 
class or their school library media program?  If so would you mind sharing? I am at 
the elementary level but would welcome other levels.  

Thank you very much.  I DID check lm net  archives but didn't find anything under a 
paper or fully written document. I did, however, find messages under the individual 
words. I am looking for a sample. example of the document itself. The archives 
messages will help if I do not get the actual document.
