I still get toolbars and the shot is usually pretty fuzzy. Is there another way to
go about this that would be better?

Another hint: if you ALT / Print Screen you won't get all of the toolbars.

One other detail...you just have to hit "print screen" button and then
paste into your program. Do not need to use the Cntl button nor "copy".

The Print Screen key takes a shot of the entire monitor screen which it
copies to the Clipboard and you can paste into a graphics program, like
MS Paint. I find more useful the Alt-PrintScreen combination that grabs
the active window only. It works great for tutorial handouts.
