Capture Wiz Pro ($25-$30) can select single or multiple screen shots and
save, copy to clipboard, e-mail, print-to-fit, capture items that hide
when you click, and create sticky notes. It can also save video "movies"
in .avi format, of your mouse movements and anything done on the screen,
as well as audio capture from microphone, and other sources! I have used
it to create a presentation "movie" on how to use advanced features in
MS-Outlook (tracking mouse and window movements), as well as capturing
an error message box to e-mail to my IT people.
