LM_NET Archive

I've been put in charge of housing all of the HSPA test prep mateials the
teachers will be using to prepare the students ie workbooks with practice
tests. I'm wondering if I should catalog them and make them part of the
library's permanent collection within the professional section or if I
should just distribute them and keep a log of how many copies went out to
each instructor.
On the one hand, if I add them to the collection, my circulation which is
nonexistant will improve. On the other hand, it may be more work than it is
worth.

I checked the archives and found similiar threads dealing with textbooks and
most lmedia specialists did think having to be in charge of them was a pain.
Any suggestions or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
