LM_NET Archive

My boy students LOVED Moto-Kids! It was one magazine that really appealed to
the hardest-to-interest-in-reading boys. I'm very disappointed! Two years
ago the girls loved Young Dancer right from the start. It too folded after
only about 3 issues! Is there just not enough to write about the topic or is
it a problem of not reaching enough audience fast enough to sustain the
magazine financially? I'd like to put out a big flag to the publishing
lurkers out there that if you want to get your magazine off and running,
send a sample copy of your new magazine to a bunch of us at LM_NET - we will
evaluate it and if it passes muster, we'll be sure to spread the word on
LM_NET for you. I often try out a magazine for a year at a time, after I've
seen a sample copy.

I was so disappointed to receive a letter today telling me that Moto-Kids
is no longer being published, effective immediately. First Disney
Adventures and now this. My boys will be so upset!
