Curious...has anyone recently experienced problems with Amazon. com? A recent computer problem with remote access tech support has wipped out my user names and passwords while some remained intact. Prior to the computer problem and remote access tech. support, I submitted an order --personal--- but never got a confirmation from Amazon. After trying unsuccessfully to log on to my original account, I opened a new account. So my lists and cart from original account are lost. DOes anyone know how to access an account after opening another? Also, after opening the 2nd account, I never received anything from them. thanks !
