The local school (Evant, 1A sized) is looking at refurbishing the interior of the
library. They have requested my help for ideas, examples, or vendors. The library
serves approximately 300 pre-k - 12th grades so I am interested in other school
libraries serving the same population.

Refurbish Library Interior
We need to restructure our library and make it better fit the needs of teachers and
students. Space is a problem because we have a designated area and that is all the
space we have. I would like to make the library the most "elite" and "beautiful"
room in the building. Maybe we could have some library furniture companies come out
and give us suggestions about reworking the library and some cost estimates.
Technology is also an important issue. We may be able to move all of the current
bookshelves and furniture to classrooms and purchase all new floor to ceiling book
shelves around the walls and comfortable, attractive furniture. There may be some
local people that could make bookshelves that would better fit our needs than
buying through a library supply company.
