Hello: I know there aren't many of you out there now that it is summertime, but I have some exciting news to share and advice to ask for. I have an interview for a local high school library position next week. I have 1) never interviewed for a strictly high school position 2) have been out of the loop for awhile stuck in substitute teacher land (where I mostly do a lot of special education). What are some dos and dont's I should keep in mind? Technology I should know about/mention - particularly databases, websites and such? A good safe book I can start reading this weekend and have in mind to talk about? Anything I should bring with me? I have my "book" although it is a bit outdated as there is really nothing new to add these days. Any advice you have I would dearly appreciate!
