Hi all.

There was a column about Julie posted today. It is here:
http://www.courant.com/news/local/columnists/hc-rgreen0708.artjul08,0,284362
8.column

The situation is this. There is a 13-month rule in Connecticut. If the
prosecutors do not file a case within 13 months, this is not a timely trial.
July 6 was 13 months. But so far nothing has happened - in the open that is.
It is possible/probable that Julie's defense attorney will need to file a
motion to dismiss based on the lack of a speedy trial. So we have been
advised to sit quiet so as not to anger anyone in the state prosecutor's
office.
