[LM_NET] TARGET: Is this list searchable by a search engine?

There is a robust discussion on OZTL_NET about whether the archives should be 
opened up so they can
be searched by services such as Google, and conversations and professional 
knowledge out in the
public domain.

There are many arguments for and against, and I wondered if LM_NET is 'open' in 
this way.  If so,
what were the arguments for?  If not, what were the arguments against?
