Thank you to everyone who has responded - your help is much appreciated.

I promised the teachers at the school I would create a hotlist of sites and add it
to my blog as
part of my SLJ All Together Now 12 Things course.
http://www.schoollibraryjournal.com/blog/290000629.html From everything that
everyone sent I have
compiled the most suitable and you can find it online at
http://emagimusings.edublogs.org/ - The
Mysteries of Mexico. With a little help from my friend, I have even added an audio
file so the
children can listen to the national anthem of Mexico directly.! Am proud of that.

For my lesson, I am going to get the children to retell the story of Senor Coyote
and the Cheese
from the point of view of either the rabbit, the coyote or a journalist reporting
the event. This
will then be illustrated with yarn pictures. I am leaving La Llorona for the
classroom teacher
because she has more time than I to do it justice.
