[LM_NET] Video school announcements

Hi! Our student council officers want to do video morning announcements for
next school year. I am trying to figure out the easiest, fairly low-cost
solution here. We have T.V.'s, computers, a school network, etc. Can anyone
guide us in the right direction? Thanks so much for any help you can
provide!
