Hello everyone, I have been given the opportunity to write curriculum for my K-5 school library. My district uses Understanding by Design as the framework for this and my principal wants me to structure my curriculum this way. I am not familiar with it and am having a difficult time finding any examples of elementary library curricula using UbD. Does anyone know where I can find some examples online? Has anyone done this? Would you be willing to share your example with me? I'm a bit intimidated by this prospect. If anyone has any information I would truly appreciate it. I've searched the archives, but only found similar requests. Please email me at this address if you have any information. If anyone would like a post of the info I receive let me know. Thank you so much, Joanna Lemay Elementary Librarian Saucon Valley Elementary Hellertown, PA 18055 _________________________________________________________________ Keep your kids safer online with Windows Live Family Safety. http://www.windowslive.com/family_safety/overview.html?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_family_safety_072008 -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
